Ordering Online
Submit your order securely to us via the web site. We will ship your order within two business days. You can also pick up your order in the store or have it delivered to the campus mailroom at no additional cost. Please allow us 4 hours after submitting your order to prepare your in-store pick up.

Pioneer Bookshop, Grinnell College is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route. On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

We guarantee that the textbooks you purchase from the Pioneer Bookshop are the ones your professors require. If you drop a class you can return the textbooks for that class. You have until a week after the last day to drop without a "w" to return textbooks for a dropped class. An original receipt is required and the books must be in the same condition in which they were purchased. Other returns will be taken on a case by case basis. Talk to us.

Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 25 days of shipment, for a full refund. Exceptions to this policy include textbooks, media (music, video games, software) which is not shrink wrapped, and customized products. The textbook return guidelines are dependent on when the purchase is made. Please contact us if you have a question about returning a textbook. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped (tags must be attached). Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information.
